had a compact and new-fashioned room with balcony and soap and a great bathroom, and i couldn't ask for more.

The units are great-sized with big balcony.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Compact Queen Room. Check-in was smooth and the staff, especially Christin, were super helpful. The location is perfect-close to everything. A great experience, and I'll definitely return 😊

The rooms with a comfortable decor.

The spacious Premium Family Room was a highlight, providing ample comfort for our stay. Staff were helpful, showing a genuine effort to accommodate our needs. And access to fresh assorted fruits for breakfast was a good touch. The communal areas could benefit from a modern update, and the beds felt a bit firm for my preference. Despite these small drawbacks, the hotel's location made it easy to explore nearby attractions like Darling Harbour and local supermarkets.

It was a great value hotel with a beautiful view. The double room was newly remodelled, the bed was very clean. We had an electric kettle and fridges in the room. There was free Wi-Fi in public areas and the service in general was very good. Had a very very good stay here.

Appreciated the place, had a good stay even for one night. We were in the double room with a balcony, a lounge area and coffee. Liked view of the city.

Enjoyed the fantastic location near QVB and public transport. The room was quite small for the price paid.

Strongly recommend for a cursory stop

Clean room, fantastic location, with a spacious bed that offered a great night's sleep and a wonderful shower for refreshing after a day of sightseeing, along with the convenience of free wi-fi in public areas to stay connected while exploring.

The location is fantastic, being right in the center of everything. We enjoyed the surprise of snacks during check-in, and the balcony on the 6th floor offered a lovely spot to unwind at night. The staff was very friendly and quick to help with our bags post-checkout.

The noise levels from the street could be bothersome when the balcony door was opened.

My stay was quite comfortable, especially the bed and the fantastic shower, but the toilet lid needed adjustments to prevent it from falling. I’d definitely return though!

Compact Queen Room offers a cozy, functional space perfect for resting up after a long day. Location provides easy access to major attractions.

Beds felt unusually firm, bordering on uncomfortable, like sleeping on a rock. A sliding door on the toilet felt awkward, and noise levels at night could be bothersome-especially for light sleepers. These quirks might not sit well with everyone, but they didn't ruin my stay.
